Dormitory management system is used to manage all kind of dormitory management and operations including room contract agreement, tenancy agreement, tenants’ registration, tenants’ register check in / out house rule and turnstile gate to authorize tenants access into their bedroom.

As we know, dormitory involve large counting of data which is extremely cumbersome. At the same time, there’s many freshmen moving in and leaving or changing the dormitory from time to time which is inconvenient for dormitory management operation to deal with. The workload is large and processing cycle is long which consume a lot of manpower resources to manage.

One of the challenges of dormitory operations is reporting. Most of the systems available in the market are pixelated into a few different software such as access control systems, finance billing software, contract management software. Therefore, we designed a dormitory management platform to allow dorm operators to manage dormitory data under one roof more efficiently and systematically.

• Factories Converted Dormitories (FCDs) are industrial or warehouse developments which have been partially converted to dormitories.
